By purchasing from Amazona Sueca, you accept our terms of purchase. Therefore, it is important that you have read through and understood the terms and conditions before making your purchase. Here you can read what applies when you shop on our website or by contacting us online. Our customers are the most important thing we have and therefore we want to provide as favorable terms as possible.

Terms and Conditions

The purchase terms apply to purchases on our website or if you place an order via contact with our team remotely. To make a purchase, you need to accept our terms of purchase and agree that Amazona Sueca processes and saves your personal data. When the purchase is completed, you accept our terms of purchase.

Agreement on purchase

A purchase agreement is entered into between you as a customer and Amazona Sueca when a purchase is completed and you have received an order confirmation. The order confirmation means that the purchase has been approved and that a binding agreement has been drawn up. A purchase is associated with a payment obligation.

Prices

Prices are in SEK, USD or EURO and include VAT. Any shipping costs will be added depending on which shipping option you choose at the time of purchase. Your cart will always show the total price including VAT and shipping. See more about shipping and delivery further down.

Reservations

Amazona Sueca reserves us for any printing errors in price and production information or in other communication. We reserve the right to change information, prices and availability due to printing errors or discrepancies in stock. We also reserve the right to cancel incorrect orders.

Samples, pictures and specimens can not guarantee the exact appearance of an item. Colors can differ between image and reality. Our color samples in leather are made of natural materials and may therefore differ slightly between different productions.

Payment

You can pay by card, PayPal or Klarna on our website. You can read more about Klarna's payment terms on their website.

Down payment and advance payment

When ordering custom-made products with the help of our remote team, advance payment is applied before we activate the order and order your goods from the supplier. By paying the advance payment, you accept the terms of purchase and agree that Amazona Sueca processes and saves your personal data in our customer register.

Customized riding boots have an advance payment of 3,500 SEK 

Customized short boots / chaps have an advance payment of 1000 SEK

Final payment of the remaining amount is made in connection with delivery via payment link.  

The advance payment will not be refunded if the order is canceled.

 

Delivery times

Delivery times may vary during different periods of the year.

 

For order items, the delivery time is longer. We work mainly with smaller family companies where most products are manufactured by hand, therefore we have a limited opportunity to influence the delivery time and speed up production. During periods of high pressure, delivery times may be longer than normal. Some factories are also closed for short periods during the summer and Christmas.

Please note that the delivery times we communicate are an estimate from our suppliers and can therefore not be guaranteed and are generally beyond our control. We reserve the right to make any delays in production from suppliers.

We always do our utmost to be able to deliver our products as quickly as possible!

Estimated delivery times

Delivery time depends on the type of product and may vary: 

Celeris riding boots estimated, not guaranteed: about 4 months

Celeris jodhpurs estimated, not guaranteed: about 3 months

Products with engraved nameplates: 14-21 working days

Products in stock: 1-5 working days

 

Right of withdrawal

Our customers are normally very satisfied with our products. However, if you would like to return your product or exchange it for another item in a different color or size, this is of course no problem. However, this does not apply to customized goods.

According to the Act (2005: 59) on distance contracts and contracts outside business premises, the consumer has the right to cancel their purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods. The right of withdrawal does not apply to customized products and products with a personal touch, and if you have used the product.

The product must be returned in unchanged condition and in undamaged original packaging for the right of withdrawal to apply. The item may not be used by the customer. If you wish to return an item, first contact Amazona Sueca via e-mail: info@amazonasueca.com

 

We do not cover shipping fees for returns.

 

The product is in the customer's possession until the return has arrived at our Showroom. It is therefore important to pack the product carefully so that no damage occurs during shipping. Returns should be sent by DHL directly to our showroom, not to a postal agent. We recommend sending traceable packages to be able to keep track of the return. Contact your nearest postal agent for further information.

 

Refund

In the event of a canceled purchase, a refund will be made in the same amount as the customer has paid for the item minus any return cost. It can take up to 7 days before the refund is possible to see in your account after we have received the return. Amazona Sueca reserves the right to wait with the refund until we have received the item. Refunds are made via the same payment option the customer has used at the time of purchase.

 

If the product has been used or handled to a greater extent than necessary to determine its properties and has therefore decreased in value, we have the right to deduct this from the refund amount.

 

If you have used invoice or Klarna as a payment option, it is important that it is paid on time to avoid any reminder fees. We make the refund when we have received and registered the return and can not pause payments in the meantime.

 

We do not offer refunds for customized or personalized products.

 

Shipping and delivery

Our shipping options vary depending on where in the world you are. We supply Celeris products to Scandinavia and CGG. All other products are delivered globally.

149 SEK to 399 SEK DHL

Undelivered packages and receipt of delivery

We send our deliveries with DHL. The shipment is delivered to a ServicePoint near you. If you have entered your mobile number, you will receive a notification via SMS when your delivery has arrived. If not, you will be notified by email or post.

 

The package usually stays for 14 days on ServicePoint. If the delivery is not picked up by the customer and returned to us, we charge a fee of 300 SEK for delivery, packaging and administration. If your item is not covered by the right of withdrawal and has not been approved for return by us, we will contact you for a new delivery attempt.

 

Transport damage

If you have received your delivery and it is damaged in the packaging, it is important that you directly document this in text and pictures. Describe your case and attach photos in an email to info@amazonasueca.com within 24 hours of receiving the item. This facilitates our handling of the case.

 

Keep the original packaging. The product may not be used for the time being.

 

Warranty

Our products come with a 6-month warranty. Errors that appear within this time can be manufacturing errors if we can not prove otherwise. It is not considered a defect in the product if it has been caused by an accident, abnormal use or poor care. Because there are large variations in how much you use your boots, we can not offer any guarantee of wear or poor maintenance. Any complaint must be made within a reasonable time (2 months) and a valid receipt or bank statement must be presented.

After many years of experience with riding boots, we have developed a guide on how to take care of your boots in the best way for them to last for many years. We love well-used boots that have had many wonderful hours in the saddle and can therefore also help with repairs when the boots need to be refreshed. Here you will find our different options.

 

Keep in mind that boots and shoes must be well cleaned of dirt and gravel before you send them to us as they are handled in an office.

 

Natural material

Many of our products are made of leather, which is a natural material. This means that the leather can vary slightly in appearance and structure. These natural properties of leather are part of our products and add the unique look of every pair of boots and shoes. It therefore does not constitute a valid reason for a complaint.

 

In order for the leather to maintain its good quality, the care instructions we enclose upon delivery and on the website must be followed. In the event of damage and wear and tear that arises as a result of these instructions not being followed, Amazona Sueca reserves the right to refuse a complaint.

 

Perfect fit guarantee

The vast majority of our riding boots fit their new owners perfectly. However, since the boots are made by hand, there is a small risk that the final dimensions of the boot may differ slightly from those provided by the customer and may require adjustments.

 

To make you feel safe when you buy your riding boots from us, we offer a fit guarantee for your boots to match your measurements. We offer final adjustments when needed free of charge for you to have perfectly fitting boots. Provided that the measurements have been made by Amazona Sueca and that the stated measurements are still valid.

 

If we have received incorrect measurements from the customer at the time of ordering or if the measurements no longer match the customer, we disclaim responsibility for the fit. But we are happy to help with adjustments at a cost.

 

Contact us within 7 days after you have received the boots by emailing info@amazonasueca.com with attached photos and a description of how you want the boots to be adjusted. Await our response on how to proceed. Amazona Sueca stands for return shipping.

 

Cancel a purchase of ordered goods

Customized riding boots, short boots and chaps are personal and made to suit you. According to the Act (2005: 59) for distance and home sales, the rule of right of withdrawal does not apply in cases where the product has a clear personal character. This applies to our customized riding boots, short boots and chaps as well as products with mounted nameplates. When ordering products where you provide your own measurements, we disclaim responsibility for the fit.

 

If you wish to change something in your order, we can only do this before the order is sent to our supplier. This takes place 48 hours after the order is placed.

 

We can not guarantee delivery times for ordered goods and the fact that the delivery has taken longer than estimated is not an acceptable reason to cancel a purchase.

 

Force Majeure

We always do our best for our customers to have their goods delivered. But Amazona Sueca cannot take responsibility for delays due to extraordinary events or circumstances beyond our control. This includes natural disasters, wars, strikes, government intervention and other force majeure circumstances that affect our suppliers' production or delivery.

 

Privacy Policy - GDPR

We at Amazona Sueca want our customers to feel secure that we process personal data with the utmost care and respect. We value the protection of personal data. Amazona Sueca AB is responsible for handling your personal information when you shop on our website or on site in our showroom and at pop-up events.
