Prices & Payment
Prices are in SEK, and VAT (25%) is included. Your shopping cart will always display the total price, including VAT and shipping.
We reserve the right to change prices and availability due to printing errors and deviations in stock.
A pre-payment amounting to 3500 SEK is required when ordering riding boots. The pre-payment for jodhpurs or chaps amounts to 1000 SEK.
Payment is done through this webshop or by e-invoice to the e-mail you provide when ordering (invoice is sent within a week). The remainder of the order value will be invoiced at the time of delivery. Note that final payment is due 10 days after the invoice has been issued.
If the payment is overdue an additional fee of 100 SEK will be charged as well as an interest on overdue payment of 9.00%. When the pre-payment has been received the order is considered final and will be submitted to the manufacturer. The pre-payment will not be refunded if the order is cancelled. Delivery lead times
The delivery time depends on the type of product:

Products with custom name plates: 14-21 workdays
Products in stock: 1-5 work days
The delivery lead times might vary depending on our availability, which might be reduced during holidays and when we are visiting events and competitions. Since we partner with small family-run businesses and since most products are manufactured by hand we unfortunately have a limited possibility to speed up or offer shorter delivery times. We however always do our outmost to always deliver our products as quick as possible.
Our delivery partner is DHL. the shipment will be delivered to a ServicePoint in your proximity. If you have provided your mobile phone number, you will get notified by text when your delivery has arrived. If not, you will be notified by e-mail or mail.

We deliver Celeris products to Scandinavia and CGG. All other brands are delivered globally.
The package usually remains for 14 days at the ServicePoint. If the delivery is not picked up by the customer and returned to us we will charge a fee of 300 SEK covering delivery, packaging and administration.
Claims & Returns and Warranty
Our customers are normally very satisfied with our products. If you however would like to return your product or exchange it for another item of different color or size this is of course not a problem.
You can exchange your product within 14 days after having received it.
The quickest way to return a product is to come by our showroom in Stockholm.
If this is not possible just inform us by sending an e-mail to email@example.com and send it back to us with DHL (we will however not cover the shipping fee in this case).
The product should be unused and in original packaging in order to return the product.
According to the Distance Selling Regulations, bespoke products with personal customizations cannot be cancelled once the order has been processed.
Since they are special made personally for you. This includes custom made riding boots, special made short boots as well as products with custom name plates.
We do not offer refunds on any custom made products.
Our products come with a 6 month warranty.
If your product is defect and breaks (fabric, seamline, zipper etc) within this time period, please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org.
We will in this case cover the return shipping fee.
Perfect fit guarantee
The vast majority of our riding boots fit their new owners perfectly. However, since the boots are manufactured by hand there is a risk that the final measurements of the boot can differ to those provided by the customer, and might require adjustments.
In order for you to feel safe when buying your riding boots from us, we offer a guarantee that your boots match your measurements and will make final adjustments if necessary free of charge, provided that the measurements have been done by Amazona Sueca and that the provided measurements are still valid.
If we have been provided incorrect measurements from the customer at the time of order or if the measurements no longer match the customer, the responsibility lies with the customer.
Contact us within 7 days after having received the boots by e-mailing email@example.com with attached pictures and a description of how you want the boots to be adjusted and await our reply on how to proceed. Amazona Sueca will cover the return shipping fee.
Maintenance & Repairs
After the expiration of the warranty, we can support with minor repairs such as change of zippers, stretch boots etc.
Depending on type of repair, the work will be done either by the manufacturer or by any of Amazona Sueca's local partners.

After having received your new boots
There are unfortunately no shortcuts to get your boots to fit perfectly, so we recommend that you walk them in for a while before your first riding tour - this will make your first time use of the boots to feel more comfortable.
Allow some time for the boots to adjust and soften. New riding boots are normally a bit higher than optimal, but will get shorter over time.
It might therefor be helpful to use heel wedges for your first uses of the boots. This way, the boots will be easier to get on, and allows them to slowly adjust to your legs with less wrinkling.
Make sure to clean your boots after each use from dirt and water, preferably with a damp cloth or sponge.
Use shoe polish in the same color as the boot for it to keep its color and shine. Apply the shoe polish and let it work over night. The next day, remove it with a smooth cloth in order to achieve the best result.
Clean the zippers, edges and sole seamlines with a normal toothbrush. Make sure the zipper is fully open when you step in to the boot to reduce wearing.
Use boot stretchers, preferably in cederwood tree, to absorb moist and for the boot to keep its shape longer. If you don't have them available, use newspaper.
Try to limit your usage of the boots when not horseback riding, since wearing them at other times will increase wear unnecessarily
