Delivery
Delivery times vary depending on the product:
- In-stock products: 1–5 working days
- Engraved products: 10–20 working days
- Custom boots: production time varies (see product page)
Please note that all delivery times are estimates. Since many of our products are handmade by small-scale manufacturers, delays may occur and are beyond our control.
We always do our best to deliver as quickly as possible.
Shipping, Duties & Taxes
Shipping costs vary depending on your location and are shown at checkout. Deliveries are made via Postnord or DHL to your nearest service point unless otherwise stated. For orders shipped outside the EU, local customs duties, taxes and import fees may apply.
These charges are determined by your local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer. Amazona Sueca has no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount.
Unclaimed shipments will be returned to us. A fee of 300 SEK will be charged to cover shipping, handling and administration.
Made-to-Order & Personalized Products (IMPORTANT)
Many of our products are made specifically for you and based on your personal choices.
This includes:
- Custom boots
- Products with engraved or personalized details
Due to their clearly personalized nature:
- The right of withdrawal does not apply
- Returns, exchanges and refunds are not accepted
We kindly ask you to review your order carefully before confirming your purchase, as these items are produced uniquely for you.
Advance Payment
For custom boots, an advance payment is required before production begins. The exact deposit amount will be communicated at the time of order. The remaining amount is paid before delivery via payment link.
Please note:
- The deposit is non-refundable
- Production starts once the deposit is paid
Right of Withdrawal & Returns
For non-personalized products, you have the right to withdraw your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with EU law.
Conditions:
- The product must be unused
- Returned in original packaging
- In unchanged condition
Return shipping costs are not covered by Amazona Sueca. To initiate a return, please
contact: info@amazonasueca.com
Refunds
Refunds are processed once we have received and inspected the returned item.
- Refunds are made using the original payment method
- Processing time: up to 10 days
If the product shows signs of use beyond what is necessary to assess it, a deduction may be made.
Transport Damage
If your delivery arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours with photos and a description of the issue. Keep all original packaging until the matter is resolved.
Warranty & Complaints
We offer a 6-month warranty on manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Improper use
- Lack of care
Complaints must be made within a reasonable time (within 2 months).
Natural Materials
Many of our products are made from leather, a natural material. This means:
- Variations in thickness, color and texture may occur
- Each product is unique
These natural variations are not considered defects.
Fit & Adjustments
Our custom boots are handcrafted, and minor variations may occur.
If adjustments are needed:
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving your boots
- Include photos and a description
We will guide you through the next steps.
If measurements provided by the customer are incorrect or have changed, we cannot take responsibility for the fit — but we are happy to assist with adjustments at a cost.
Changes & Cancellations
Changes to custom orders can only be made within 48 hours of placing the order. After this, production begins and changes are no longer possible. Delays in delivery are not valid grounds for cancellation.
Repairs & Care Services
We offer repair and care services to extend the life of your boots.
Please note that the final result depends on the condition of the product at the time of service. While we always aim to achieve the best possible result, we cannot guarantee that the product will look or feel as new.
Boots must be cleaned from dirt and debris before being sent to us. If additional cleaning or preparation is required, extra costs may apply.
Or repair services take around 2 - 6 weeks and are considered a custom service and are therefore non-refundable once completed.
If you have any questions before sending your boots, we’re always happy to guide you.
Force Majeure
Amazona Sueca is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as:
- Production delays
- Natural events
- Strikes or logistical disruptions
