Even the most well-crafted tall boots experience wear over time — especially the zipper. It’s one of the hardest-working parts of your boots, exposed to daily use, dust, sand and long days at the stable.

We offer professional zipper replacement to restore smooth, reliable function and extend the life of your boots.

You can choose to replace the zipper on one boot or both.
However, we generally recommend replacing both zippers at the same time, as they tend to wear out within the same phase. This ensures balanced performance, longevity and a consistent feel in both boots.

All repairs are carried out in our trusted workshop in Portugal, using the correct techniques and carefully selected components.

Important Before Shipping

Please make sure your boots are thoroughly cleaned before sending them to us. They must be free from dirt, sand and gravel.

Your boots are handled in an office environment before being sent to the workshop.
If they arrive heavily soiled, a cleaning fee will be added before repair can begin.

3. Carefully pack your cleaned boots and send them to us using the provided label.

4. Our workshop restores them and returns them ready for many more rides.
